Head Instructor

Sifu Tanisha Rodgers is a dedicated 4th Degree Black Belt with 15 years of training and is certified to teach traditional Shao-Lin kung fu under the guidance of 8th Degree Elder Masters Sharon and David Soard and 10th Degree Grandmaster Sin Kwan The'. She personally teaches her students, and works with them in groups and individually to help them achieve their goals, while keeping up her own training as she prepares for her 5th Degree Associate Master testing.

Lineage

With roots back 1500 years to the Honan temple in China, we are privileged to have the opportunity to learn the extensive, unique styles of Shao-Lin Kung Fu still today! As masters from the Shao-Lin temples entered other areas of the world, they brought with them the rich knowledge and training they would then continue to pass on to chosen few, one of whom was Sin Kwan The', our 10th Degree Grandmaster.
